This half-day course will identify the new requirements introduced in the latest edition of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System - Requirements. We will define what these requirements mean to your business and possible changes needed to your QMS.

This two-day course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to conduct internal process audits to met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. These new skills can then be used within your organziation for effective auditing.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Training

Root Cause Analysis
This one-day workshop will explore the various tools and techniques used in root cause analysis. We will use these tools to determine the root cause(s) of a determined nonconformity. Finally, we analyze and intrepret the results of the root cause analysis and take corrective actions effective to eliminate recurrence of nonconformity.
Management Review Essentials
This half-day workshop will analyze the input and output requirements for "Management Review", Clause 9.3 of ISO 9001:2015. We will discuss ways for your business to take a realsitic approach to making the management review process really work to improve the QMS and the business as a whole.
Risk Based Thinking
This half-day workshop will explore the new requirements for "Actions to Address Risks and Opportunities", Clause 6.1 of ISO 9001:2015. We will review its connection to preventive actions and the extent to which risk and opportunity may apply a businesses products and services.
Supply Chain Management
This half-day workshop will discuss methods for the selection, evaluation and re-evalaution of suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, etc. How these methods are used to manage the processes, products and/ or services you buy from others in order to met your customer requirements. We will also explore options for handling difficult or non-compliant suppliers.
